Our VIP Treatment

At the Elite Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery (ECMIS), every patient is a VIP patient. We want all patients and their families to feel comfortable and at home -- so we've gone the extra mile to ensure our waiting areas and other public spaces are warm and inviting.

Coffee and tea, as well as an assortment of snacks, are always available for patients and their families throughout their stay. We'll even send for lunch or dinner if a family is waiting at our center longer than expected or there's an unforeseen delay.

Unlike most facilities in the Medical Center, we pay for parking for patients and their families. If a patient has special needs, we'll arrange for valet parking upon arrival.

Most importantly, we do our best to show patients how much we care about their well being. Our anesthesiologists call patients the day before surgery to go over any questions.

We invite families back into the pre-op area, and we provide them with frequent updates throughout their loved one's procedure. Once the surgery concludes, our surgeons escort out each and every patient to go over post-operative procedures with family members. And after patients have gone home, they receive not one follow-up phone call – but two. One from their nurse -- and a second one from their surgeon to be sure post-operative recovery is going well and as planned.
